77x Lawn Care ("we," "us," or "our") operates the 77x Lawn Care mobile application (the "App") and website at 77xlawncare.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App or Site.

By using the App or Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Information we collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Contact information — name, phone number, email address, and service address provided when requesting a quote or creating an account.
• Location data — approximate address location used to schedule and route lawn care services. The App may request device location to display your stop on a route map. Location is only accessed while the App is in use.
• Photos — before and after photos of job sites taken by crew members through the App. Photos are stored securely on our servers and are accessible only to you and authorized 77x Lawn Care staff.
• Payment information — we use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Usage data — basic app usage information such as login timestamps and job completion records, used for scheduling and billing purposes.
• Device information — device type and operating system version, collected automatically to ensure App compatibility.

How we use your information

• To schedule, route, and deliver lawn care services
• To generate and send invoices
• To communicate about your service via email or SMS
• To respond to questions and support requests
• To improve our services and App
• To comply with legal obligations

SMS communications

If you provide your phone number, we may send you SMS messages related to your service — such as appointment reminders, invoice notifications, and service confirmations. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers — Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), and our hosting provider IONOS, who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
• Law enforcement — if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our customers or staff.

We do not share your information with advertisers or third-party marketing companies.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as you are an active customer, and for up to 3 years after your last service for tax and business record purposes. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password storage, and restricted access to customer data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our App and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
